After graduation, she plans to attend Eastern Oklahoma State College on a full Scholarship with the Livestock Evaluation Judging team, majoring in Animal Science.

She has an older brother, James Estep IV, and a younger sister Olivia. Jalyn is involved in Yearbook, FFA, FCCLA and competes for the Scholastic Team. She enjoys hunting, spending time with her friends and family, and taking care of her animals. Upon graduation, Jalyn plans to attend the Pre-Vet program at Eastern Oklahoma State College for two years then transfer to Oklahoma State University to finish her education and goal of becoming a veterinarian.
