Please take note of these instructions regarding any Valentine's deliveries being made for Pre-K through 8th grade students: *ALL deliveries must be dropped off by 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14th. *Deliveries for Pre-K through 7th grade students need to be dropped off at the Elementary office. *Deliveries for 8th grade students need to be dropped off at the High School office. *All deliveries will be passed out during last hour. Thank you in advance for your help with this!!

Kindergarten and 8th Grade Cap and Gown Pictures will be Monday, February 26th. Please make sure your K or 8th grade student is present and on time this day. Notes and package envelopes have been sent home with students. Please contact the elementary office if you did not receive one and need one sent home.

Just a couple reminders as basketball playoffs begin! TICKET PRICES (per session) District, Regional and Area i. Cash - $10 ii. GoFan - $7 (plus $1.35 processing fee) THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED THAT MAY BE A DISTRACTION TO THE PARTICIPANTS OR FANS. THESE ITEMS INCLUDE BANDS OF ANY SIZE OR NATURE, NOISE MAKERS, CONFETTI, BANNERS, EMBLEMS, PLACARDS, SIGNS, THUNDERSTICKS, BALLOONS, LASER LIGHTS, FAT HEADS, MEGAPHONES OR ANY OTHER POSSIBLE DISTRACTIONS.

February Elementary/Middle School Calendar

Attention basketball! There is no girls game at Battiest at 6:30pm tonight! The varsity boys will begin at 8:00pm as scheduled!

Introducing the Class of 2024 Smithville High School Honor Graduate, Adriane Williams. Adriane Williams is the daughter of Elroy Williams. She enjoys art-related activities, including painting, drawing and theater. Additionally, her hobbies include FX makeup, art, listening to music and photography. Upon graduation, Adriane plans to attend Carl Albert State College.

Introducing the Class of 2024 Smithville High School Honor Graduate, Claire Walden. Claire Walden is the daughter of Lynn & Tawni Walden. She is an active member of FFA and FCCLA. Claire enjoys showing sheep and has exhibited the Bronze Commercial Ewe at Oklahoma Youth Expo. After graduation, she plans to attend Eastern Oklahoma State College on a full Scholarship with the Livestock Evaluation Judging team, majoring in Animal Science.

Introducing the Class of 2024 Smithville High School Honor Graduate, Mackenzie Lowery. Mackenzie Lowery is the daughter of Robin and Dewayne John and John Lowery. She is a four-year Varsity starter for the SHS softball and basketball teams. Mackenzie is also very active in FFA, FCCLA and Yearbook. She enjoys spending time with friends and playing with her baby sister. Mackenzie plans on attending Carl Albert to pursue a degree in sports medicine.

Introducing the Class of 2024 Smithville High School Co-Salutatorian, Jalyn Estep. Jalyn Estep is the daughter of James and Sheena Estep. She has an older brother, James Estep IV, and a younger sister Olivia. Jalyn is involved in Yearbook, FFA, FCCLA and competes for the Scholastic Team. She enjoys hunting, spending time with her friends and family, and taking care of her animals. Upon graduation, Jalyn plans to attend the Pre-Vet program at Eastern Oklahoma State College for two years then transfer to Oklahoma State University to finish her education and goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Introducing the Class of 2024 Smithville High School Co-Salutatorian, Isaac Caldwell. Isaac Caldwell is the son of Levi and Miranda Caldwell. He is the fourth of five siblings. Isaac is an active member of the Baseball team and Yearbook Club. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and trapping. After graduation, Isaac plans on attending Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology and pursue a career as a High Voltage Lineman.

Introducing the Class of 2024 Smithville High School Valedictorian, Savannah Parnell. Savannah Parnell is the daughter of Elvin and Jeanne Parnell. She is a member of the Quiz Bowl Team, FCCLA, and was chosen as an OKMEA All State Choir member. Savannah enjoys painting, crocheting, and playing the piano. Upon graduation, Savannah plans to attend college to pursue a degree in biology.

The 7/8 basketball games at Eagletown on Monday, January 29th, will now begin at 4 pm!

Attention: Blood Drive Personnel have arrived on campus and are setting up. They are running a few minutes late due to a blow-out on the way in this morning. Should be all set up and ready by 9:30.
